In 1990 the military Office of Public Prosecutor addressed to me on Gurevich's business, continued to insist on the rehabilitation. The Office of Public Prosecutor has found the document of exclusive importance - the service note of the Joint Staff directed to address of People's Commissariat of Internal Affairs with approval of radio games of Gurevich ("Kent") with Germans. When Gurevich's business began to be reconsidered, it was found out that his unique fault was that he without approval of the Center has got family in the West (in France). However the administration of military investigation continued to interfere with restoration of his rights persistently. After 1991, when Gurevich at last have rehabilitated, the Joint Staff has categorically given up to him in payment of indemnification, purpose of military pension and granting of the status of the veteran of war.

This person is alive. His wife has died in the Europe, his son with his wife and children came to St.-Petersburg for a meeting with the father. Gurevich's history has passed on pages of the Russian press, but nobody was asked by a question “whose malicious will in investigation of the USSR all these years continued to assign fault to this person”.
